These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, events, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Who We Are

Kinship Club creates and hosts online and in-person events, workshops, and community experiences for ambitious creatives, founders, and professionals.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our events or use our website. By using our Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Event Participation & Ticketing

Registration: Some events require advance registration or ticket purchase. You agree to provide accurate information when registering.

Payment: All ticket purchases or paid services must be completed before your spot is confirmed.

Refunds & Exchanges

• All ticket sales are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the event page.

• If you can no longer attend, you may request to transfer your ticket to another person by emailing us at least 48 hours before the event.

• If Kinship cancels or substantially changes an event, we will offer either a full refund or credit toward a future event.

Code of Conduct

We aim to create safe, inclusive spaces. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from an event without refund.

Partnerships & Collaborations

If you partner with us as a brand, venue, or collaborator, a separate written agreement may apply. These Terms cover only your general use of the website and public-facing Services.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and at our events (including text, graphics, branding, and photos) is owned by Kinship Club or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

User Content

If you share content with us (such as photos, testimonials, or reviews), you grant Kinship a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

Liability Waiver for In-Person Events

By attending any Kinship event, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You participate at your own risk and are responsible for your personal health, safety, and belongings.

• Kinship and its team are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained at or as a result of our events, except where caused by our proven negligence.

• Some events may include physical activities (such as yoga, movement, or workshops). Please consult a professional if you have concerns about your ability to participate safely.

• You release Kinship, its owners, partners, staff, and contractors from any claims or demands arising out of participation, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Limitation of Liability

Our events and resources are offered for educational and community-building purposes. We are not responsible for:

• Personal injury, loss, or damage at events (unless caused by our negligence).

• Any business, financial, or legal decisions you make based on our content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinship Club is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Our site or events may include links to third-party websites. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.
