Terri & Angel hosted a wonderful Beat the Monday Blues event for us in a serene park in Vancouver. We connected with nature taking in the peaceful views during the very perfectly-guided yoga class, shared some delicious food from a local pizza shop while we mingled & connected with the group and then finished off with some great prompts and journaling to end off this fantastic event. Would recommend attending one of Terri & Angels events to anyone!
